TestFit Welcomes Industry Veteran Kyle Bernhardt as CRO
DALLAS, Oct. 25, 2021—We’re delighted to announce that Kyle Bernhardt will be joining TestFit’s executive team as Chief Revenue Officer. Kyle will be leading the team to capitalize on our early adopter success and push TestFit to become the de facto feasibility solution for commodity buildings.
Kyle has spent the better part of his career exploring the intersection of technology and design teams in AEC. In the past 16 years at Autodesk, he has worked on building performance, MEP, cloud work sharing, BIM 360, and pre-construction. Most recently, he led business strategy for the building design segment, investigating with customers how outcome-based design can deliver better project outcomes.
“[The TestFit team and I] share the same vision that technology can have a more meaningful impact at the early feasibility stage of capital investment; where site constraints, cost, and asset scope collide.” shares Kyle. “TestFit subscribers are already seeing the insight TestFit can bring to their deal’s bottom line, and I am excited to help those customers become more profitable with rapid feasibility analysis.
TestFit CEO Clifton Harness says: “The Development ecosystem within the US is using TestFit to make informed decisions on their design concepts, but we know it could be even easier for teams to adopt and get value out of TestFit. Kyle's experience and expertise will be crucial as we scale the business around early feasibility analysis. He has been solving challenging problems in AEC for the past 16 years. His wisdom will be invaluable.”.
"Kyle comes to TestFit Inc. with tremendous industry expertise and we are thrilled he will be joining as their CRO," said Jesse Coors-Blankenship, Managing Partner and Founder, Parkway VC and seed round investor in TestFit. “We are confident that he will make meaningful contributions to the company across many critical focus areas including product development, go-to-market strategy and business development. TestFit is in its early stages and full of opportunities to drive innovation in the AEC and real estate development industries. Parkway made our initial investment in TestFit because we were drawn to their drive for success and innovation and as members of their board, we believe that Kyle is the best choice to push them to even greater heights."
