Plan Your Data Center in Seconds
- Select your sites quickly from parcel data or draw from metes and bounds
- Plan for multi-level data centers with data halls, electrical rooms, admin areas, and mechanical yards
- Design major roadways and plan for substation layouts all while automatically allocating for maximum buildable area
The quickness of allocating areas is what I like most about Testfit. The rapid option available for schemes is pretty powerful for me.
Solve for the Best Data Center Layout
- Examine all the site constraints at once including zoning, topography, parking ratio, and more
- Set your power requirements and floor efficiency to get real-time feedback on electricity required
- Solve for various types of data centers and cooling technologies with our parameter-driven target power densities and design PUE's
We would not have been able to get through as many iterations as quickly, and we probably wouldn’t have been able to realize as much yield out of this site without TestFit.
Find the Right Site with the Right Electric Availability
- Stop counting parking stalls manually with automatic quantity takeoffs
- Vet out your deals quickly with pro forma valuation
- Compare design schemes instantly with all the electric and financial data you need
The value of our ability to quickly vet inferior options to find the best project configuration? Priceless.
Integrate with Less Effort
- Jump into design and documentation with direct Revit add-in
- Get real-time zoning and environmental data with TestFit Data Maps
- Export to Sketchup, AutoCAD (.dxf), Excel (.csv), and more, effortlessly
My favorite part about TestFit is speed and the 3D aspect of it. It’s helpful to be able to see the 3D massing in context while we’re designing the site plan. We then export the TestFit files directly into SketchUp or Revit to further develop the site plans and create renderings for presentations.
